1. Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping: Orders eligible for free shipping will require the use of the coupon code 0SHIPPING at checkout.
Standard Shipping Fee: Orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria will incur a minimal shipping charge. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

2. Delivery Timeline:

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Areas:

We deliver across most locations in India. However, there may be certain remote areas where our courier partners are unable to deliver. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide an alternative solution.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or any other reason:

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package up to two times before returning it to us.
In case of a failed delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

6. Damaged or Missing Products:

If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Ensure you provide relevant proof (images or videos) of the damaged product/package for swift resolution.
